Mission 100 is a unique educational initiative by Nitin Sir’s Commerce Classes that helps Class 12 students develop discipline, focus and exam readiness. Conducted every year for the past 15 years, the program begins 100 days before the board examinations and runs from 1st November to 15th November.

Through intensive study sessions, students learn the habit of consistent learning while others prepare for Diwali—making it a true “Festival of Studies.” The program welcomes all students, from toppers to average learners, and motivates them to achieve their academic goals.

Mission 100 has helped thousands of students across Maharashtra through offline modes. One of its proudest achievements was in 2023 when Aditi Tupe secured top ranks with outstanding marks in Commerce.

Our Motivational Sessions are designed to empower students with the right mindset, confidence, and determination needed to succeed in academics and life. These sessions go beyond textbooks and marks, helping students discover their true potential and develop a positive attitude towards challenges.

Through engaging discussions, real-life success stories, goal-setting activities, and practical guidance, students learn the importance of discipline, consistency, self-belief, and hard work.

NCC Gurukul is a unique learning program designed for students who may have scored lower marks in Class 10, are unable to secure their preferred college, face academic challenges, or need a more structured learning environment.

The program provides 12 hours of supervised learning (8 AM to 8 PM) with approximately 10 hours of effective education and mentorship every day. Students receive complete academic guidance, personal attention, disciplined study habits and continuous support throughout their Class 11 and 12 journey.

NCC Gurukul is especially beneficial for students who struggle with studies, require extra motivation, or need help getting back on track in the Commerce stream. With a focus on academic excellence, career development and overall growth, the program takes responsibility for helping students achieve their goals and build a successful future.
